Apartment
- $1050 a month. Heat and water are included. No pet fee. (Doesn’t sound cheap but for NYC its almost too good to be true)
- 1bedroom, 1 bath, good sized living room with attached kitchen. Which means my family and friends have their own space to sleep in.
- no air conditioning but that isn’t standard here, radiators for heat but I think I might buy some covers for them because they’re ugly. -good closets and shelves -kitchen cabinets are clean and no signs of rodents or cockroaches! Big plus!
- bedroom is huge! And by huge I mean a regular sized bedroom on the city! Wow!
- 4th floor in an elevator building, because fuck walk-ups.
- subway entrance is right across the street so I don’t have to walk countless blocks home at 3am from work.
- prospect park is down the street. I’m gonna get my red panda on! -20 minute ride to the city
- according to random Guy we talked to on or way out of the building, the place is kept up well, safe and quiet, lots of artists, musicians and young professionals in the building.
